O comportamento \u00e9tico dentro de um grupo depende das rela\u00e7\u00f5es de confian\u00e7a existentes (Colquitt&nbsp;<em>et al<\/em>., 2007; Hardin, 2002; Mayer&nbsp;<em>et al<\/em>., 1995).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Confian\u00e7a em geral \u00e9 um conceito multidisciplinar com uma ampla variedade de defini\u00e7\u00f5es. Rousseau&nbsp;<em>et al<\/em>. (1998) definem confian\u00e7a como um estado psicol\u00f3gico que compreende a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de aceitar a vulnerabilidade com base em expectativas positivas das inten\u00e7\u00f5es ou comportamento do outro. Para Mayer&nbsp;<em>et al<\/em>. (1995), confian\u00e7a pode ser definida como a vontade de uma parte de ser vulner\u00e1vel diante das a\u00e7\u00f5es do outro com base na expectativa de que ele executar\u00e1 determinada a\u00e7\u00e3o, independente da capacidade de monitorar ou control\u00e1-lo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, h\u00e1 diferentes perspectivas e abordagens filos\u00f3ficas acerca dessa virtude. Nesse caso, a maioria trata da confian\u00e7a interpessoal, mas existem pesquisas que abordam a confian\u00e7a em grupos (Hawley, 2017), a confian\u00e7a nas institui\u00e7\u00f5es (Potter, 2002; Townley &amp; Garfield, 2013), a confian\u00e7a no governo (Budnik, 2018), a auto-confian\u00e7a (Govier, 1993; Potter, 2013) e a confian\u00e7a em rob\u00f4s \u2013 que tamb\u00e9m compreende tamb\u00e9m a&nbsp;Intelig\u00eancia artificial (IA)&nbsp;(Coeckelberg, 2012; Sullins, 2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dentre as perspectivas supracitadas, o Admethics est\u00e1 pesquisando sobre a confian\u00e7a governamental e a confian\u00e7a na Intelig\u00eancia artificial. O doutorando Geovane Teixeira Manoel est\u00e1 desenvolvendo a tese com base na confian\u00e7a governamental e a doutoranda <a href=\"https:\/\/www.admethics.com\/br\/author\/elize-jacinto-matos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Elize Jacinto Matos<\/a> est\u00e1 pesquisando a confian\u00e7a relacionada a IA.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Ao direcionarmos para o contexto da confian\u00e7a governamental, pretende-se&nbsp;compreender como a transpar\u00eancia da gest\u00e3o p\u00fablica municipal influencia na confiabilidade percebida dos usu\u00e1rios. No que se refere \u00e0 virtude da confian\u00e7a e a IA, objetiva-se compreender&nbsp;como ocorre a confian\u00e7a para com a Intelig\u00eancia Artificial na Pol\u00edcia Militar por meio do uso de c\u00e2meras de reconhecimento facial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vale ressaltar, que os estudos mencionados est\u00e3o na fase inicial e pretende-se avan\u00e7ar no desenvolvimento da pesquisa no decorrer do pr\u00f3ximo ano.
